To guarantee genuineness and value, we have decided not to industrialise our production. We only use and press olives from our own territory, within a range of 30 km, without the use of imported olives and selecting only the best. This limits our production and not every year can we ensure sufficient quantities to satisfy the request, but it safeguards the quality and character of a “genuine” product of our territory, whose nature remains uncontaminated.
